Details permanent recruitment:
- Recruitment of
local (Dutch), EU or Non-EU candidates. Some companies have a Dutch
speaking culture and are mostly interested in local candidates. If
Dutch is not a requirements, we have a large network of EU and non-EU
candidates. People living in the EU do not need a work permit only need
a BSN (SOFI) Number to start working in the Netherlands. Non-EU
candidates do need a work permit, but this process has been simplified
and can be completed quickly.
- Work Permit Processing.
Many companies believe that hiring somebody from abroad is still a
difficult task and will take many months. This has changed. The
'Knowledge migrant visa' is a simplified process which only takes
between 2 and 5 weeks to complete and there are no complicated
requirements that you have to fulfill. If required, JRecruit can
provide a door-to-door service.
- 30% Ruling Application.
The 30% ruling is a tax incentive for foreign employees and (if
approved) will mean that the employee does not need to pay tax over the
first 30% of his income. If required, JRecruit can help to apply for
this ruling.
- BSN (SOFI) Number Application. If required, JRecruit can help get the employee a BSN (SOFI) Number so they can start working in the Netherlands.
Details freelance recruitment:
- Recruitment of
local (Dutch) or EU Candidates. We have an extensive network in the
Netherlands and in Europe of freelancers and we can supply a list of
available candidates within a few days. We work with low margins and
this results in a fair rate for both company and freelancer.
- Tax ('Chain Law') compliance.
An important aspect in hiring freelancers is the legislation in Dutch
tax and employment law, called Chain Law ('Ketenaansprakelijkheid').
Chain Law states that any party in the employment chain can be made
liable for wage tax and social security contributions which have not
been paid. Basically, if a freelancer does not correctly pay these
contributions, all parties involved (including client, agency and
freelancer) can be heavily fined. JRecruit can either work with a blocked tax account ('G-Rekening'), or provide authorized
accountant statements which prove that all these contributions have
been paid, therefore fully eliminating this risk for all parties
involved.
- Payroll services. We can provide a full payroll service for freelancers.
- Preferred Suppliers.
A lot of companies work with so-called Preferred Suppliers to supply
them with freelance personnel. Normally, this is done because companies
want to limit the number of contracts they have with different
agencies. The Preferred Supplier is also responsible to make sure all
parties comply to the Chain Law (see above). This does not restrict
companies to use JRecruit's services. We have contact with most of the
Preferred Suppliers and already work together with them for a number of
large organization. If we find you the successful candidates, we will
then contact one of your preferred suppliers to arrange the contract.
The Preferred Supplier typically charges a low 'contract handling fee'
for this service.
