- SEPA Product knowledge
- Knowledge of Project Management and Business analysis methods 
- Discusses process and practice issues and convinces the project team members within GTS Ops related to project deliverables.
- Upholds relationships with concerned Business Units, internal disciplines and employees, stakeholders and external organizations, during projects.

Werkzaamheden
- Lead, facilitate and assist the production of high quality analysis of the future operating model, potential process issues, proposed solutions, input projected actions into a project plan.
- Coordinate delivery of these activities and embedding with both business and project team members throughout the EMEA region and India.
- Where appropriate, adopt the lead project role to start up and mobilise project activity on behalf of the GTS Operations work stream.
- Support the Operations Change Lead role on problem resolution or solutions against the appropriate initiatives.
- The jobholder will be responsible for and involved in-depth for several key aspects of the SEPA Credit Transfer and SEPA Direct Debit deliverables for the GTS Operations work stream.

Functie eisen

Project Management
PM certification
Experience with applications migrations is helpful.
Domain Knowledge in the specific area of software applications targeted (Assai, Livelink, Sharepoint, SPF) is helpful but not required
Previous Shell experience
Communication Skills:
Communicates clearly, fluent in English
Engages well with stakeholders at multiple levels
Can communicate with the business and technical community.
Excellent in authoring of documentation and presentation material.

Werkzaamheden

Help to refine the scope of the project by working with various stakeholders in Shell: Upstream, Downstream and P&T;
Quickly define an overall cost and planning structure and refine with management;
Define and seek appropriate supporting resources;
Execute and oversee the project Note that a Shell hire may be stepping in for the actual execution of the project and the setup phase, however this is subject to availability and is open at this time.
